THE

PROCESS

1 | NEW CLIENTS

In order to provide you with the best service possible, NEW CLIENTS MUST book a consultation before booking any services.

2 | SCHEDULE

Returning clients, select your desired style and schedule your appointment conveniently online via my scheduler.

3 | DEPOSIT

Pay your non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. It will be applied to your scheduled service fee. 

4 | PLAN

Text your inspiration pics for your desired style and custom/ombre/special colored hair requests to 202-386-0571.

**COVID-19 UPDATE: 

If are experiencing any symptoms or are not feeling well within 24-72 hours before your appointment, please contact me to reschedule. If you are experiencing symptoms or are not feeling well at the time of or any time during your appointment, you will be asked to leave.

 

By scheduling and attending your appointment at DMV Pro Braids, LLC you agree to assume all associated risks and liability. Additionally, by scheduling and attending your appointment, you agree to hold DMV Pro Braids harmless for any issues or illnesses that arise during or after the performance of services and you agree not to sue, complain, or leave negative reviews based on any issues and illnesses that arise during or after the performance of services.

  • NEW CLIENTS: In order to provide you with the best service possible, you MUST schedule the New Client Consultation before booking any services

  • PAYMENT INFORMATION:

    • You must make a deposit at the time of booking or the appointment will not be scheduled. The Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and will be applied to the fee for your scheduled service.

    • Remaining Balances are to be paid in CASH upon services being rendered. 

    • The following are acceptable forms of payment for deposits:

  • CHILDREN

    • ​Children's Pricing is for ages 10 & Under ONLY

    • Only bring children who are receiving services

​

  • HAIR

    • Hair for all BRAIDED styles will be provided and is included in the service fee  

    • For Custom OMBRE or SPECIAL colors (blue, purple, green, red, orange, yellow, rainbow, etc.) please book the appointment at least four days in advance to obtain the desired/requested color

  • GUESTS

    • Children and guests are not permitted unless receiving a service

    • A parent or guardian may accompany minors for their appointments

​

  • ADDITIONAL NOTES: 

    • If a particular style you would like is not listed, please text a picture of your desired style inspiration to 202-386-0571 and I will respond within 24-48 hours

    • Allotted time to complete services includes hair preparation and separation, braiding, short breaks, dipping/setting hair and pictures.
